Required Skills & Experience:
- Valid forklift certification
- Strong hands-on warehouse experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, staging, and inventory control
- Experience loading and unloading trucks safely and efficiently
- Ability to handle palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and scanning
- Familiarity with WMS systems (Extensiv or 3PL systems preferred)
- Understanding of lot control, SKU verification, and inventory accuracy
- Ability to perform cycle counts and maintain organized rack locations
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to OSHA standards
- Reliable attendance and strong time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Team-oriented with professional communication skills
