Your Role as a Case Manager:
As a Case Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting children in foster care and their families. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing case management services to children in foster care and their families.
- Assessing the needs of children and families to develop individualized service plans.
- Connecting children and families with community resources and support systems.
- Building collaborative relationships with service providers and community partners.
- Monitoring family progress and adjusting plans to ensure positive outcomes.
- Advocating for childrens best interests, including providing testimony in Juvenile Court.
- Other duties as assigned.
What Were Looking For:
We seek dedicated professionals who are committed to making a difference. Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelors degree in a social service-related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL) certification (required).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with children and families in a social services setting.
- A valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
