McWilliams Heating, Cooling & Plumbing is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who thrives on helping others. As the first voice our customers hear, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring their HVAC and plumbing needs are handled promptly and professionally.

The shift we have available is:
- Friday–Monday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (four 10-hour shifts)
All shifts include participation in a rotating weekend schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding heating, cooling, and plumbing service needs.
- Ask the right questions to understand the issue and schedule service calls efficiently.
- Provide accurate information on services and appointment availability.
- Maintain a calm, professional tone—especially when customers are stressed.
- Enter customer data and job details accurately into our system.
- Work closely with dispatchers and technicians to coordinate appointments.
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments or provide updates.
- Help create a positive first impression that builds long-term loyalty.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center work (HVAC/plumbing preferred, but not required).
- Comfortable talking on the phone for most of the day.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data accurately.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
- A team player who takes pride in doing great work.
