The Registration Product Specialist will support clients in making their event a huge success using eShow’s proprietary software. Candidates should have excellent technical skills and an understanding of the SAAS business model. Experience in trade shows/event software is preferred.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Potential travel (1 - 6 times per year)
● Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by listening to and assisting clients while exceeding their needs, as well as demonstrating an excellent knowledge of eShow products.
● Service clients including understanding the nature of client inquiries, determining next steps, and pursuing issues to successful and prompt completion.
● Assist the client with understanding best practices where applicable in order to help deter from bad decisions early in the event lifecycle.
● Maintain efficient personal KPI metrics.
● Ability to understand the customer's profile including unique service requirements, expectations & business/industry segment.
About this Role:
● During onboarding, you will take part in a 3-4 week training period where you learn the basics of eShow’s registration system.
● After training you will be responsible for assisting in the management of our ticket que and supporting Event Managers when needed. This includes building & updating registration forms, fielding system inquires, generating custom reports, building out requested eblasts, updating content, as well as some data management.
● Large potential for growth as you become more efficient within the system and prove reliable customer service abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
● 1-3 years of experience in event industry
● Excellent computer and technology skills
● Bachelor’s degree is preferred
● Heavy use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
● Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines/goals.
● Strong attention to detail and follow-through
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
● Strong analysis and judgment skills
● Work well in a team environment
