Associate Therapist (Part-Time, Hybrid) – Redondo Beach, CA
$35/hour | ~20 hrs/week | 2 in-person days + remote flexibility
We are a treatment center in Redondo Beach seeking a motivated Associate Therapist (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC) to join our team. This is a part-time hybrid role perfect for clinicians building hours toward licensure.
What You’ll Do:

Provide individual and group therapy (in-person & virtual)

Support treatment planning under clinical supervision

Document sessions and maintain compliance standards

Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team
What We’re Looking For:

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field

Active California Associate registration (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC)

Passion for working in behavioral health / addiction recovery

Ability to manage a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, rest remote)
