- Base Salary: $58,656.00 base annual salary + unit bonus potential of $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 based on performance!

Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Qualifications
- Skills - Assist the sales team with the application and sales process and handle escalated customer complaints.
- Bilingual - English and Spanish
- Driver´s License - valid with a clean record
- Open schedule - willing to work long hours and weekends
- Able to pass a drug test and background check
Experience - 1 year of experience in a supervisory/management role is highly preferred and 3 + years of experience in Customer Service and Sales.

Automotive Assistant Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, and train the sales people.
- Along with the General Manager, conduct team meetings and one-on-ones with team members to monitor performance and establish goals.
- Ensure the appropriate utilization of the AutoMas system, making sure the complete documentation for the loan application process is uploaded correctly and that notes and deal terms were submitted appropriately.
- Provide an excellent experience to our customers, during and after the sales process.
- Build relationships with customers
