What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, efficient service to members in-person, by phone, and by mail
- Accurately handle financial transactions and balance your cash drawer daily
- Promote credit union products and services that support member success
- Represent the credit union’s values through positive, community-minded service
What You Bring
- A heart for service and a head for precision
- Legendary interpersonal and communication skills
- 6+ months of experience in customer service, banking, or credit unions
- Comfort using online systems to post accurate, timely information
- A high school diploma or GED
- Good credit history (will be verified before hire)
Your Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 2:00 PM
- Rotating Saturdays: 8:45 AM – 12:15 PM
