Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process deviations and failures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
- Utilize statistical process control (SPC) and other data analysis techniques to monitor and improve process performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production issues.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC).
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with process design, scale-up, and implementation of new manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of relevant industry safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO).
Bonus Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) or process simulation tools
- Experience with automation systems, PLCs, or robotics
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or demonstrated project leadership experience
