The Chef Consultant will enhance and refine the culinary experience by driving quality, innovation, execution, and consistency in the restaurant and F&B outlets by creating and designing seasonal menus that reflect current food trends while incorporating local ingredients.

He/she will lead and inspire kitchen staff through hands-on training and mentorship to improve culinary skills and food presentation by ensuring the team's adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. He/she will oversee daily kitchen operations. This position will collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus that enhance profitability without compromising quality, he/she will work closely with the management team to ensure a seamless transition and exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on service demands. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime applies and is calculated accordingly.

Exempt managers must customarily and regularly direct the work of at least three full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative, executive, or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time, and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgment more than 50 percent of the time


Responsibilities:

- Direct and refine the culinary experience to ensure quality, consistency, and profitability

- Lead and manage the culinary team to ensure efficient and effective operations

- Develop and implement new menus, recipes, and culinary concepts to enhance the dining experience

- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Represent the culinary team for public relations and advertising efforts

- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences

- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure profitability

- Work as much of each workday as necessary to complete job responsibilities



Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of culinary arts, food safety, and sanitation regulations

- Strong leadership and management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
