Qualifications
- Active RN license, valid for the state of Virginia or compact states
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a stepdown or progressive care unit
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in electronic health records and modern nursing technology
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients in a stepdown unit, closely monitoring and managing fluctuating conditions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to create individualized care plans

- Document all interventions and patient responses thoroughly and accurately
