Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Current and active Minnesota SLP license required
- Experience in school-based settings highly desirable
- Proficiency in working with students in elementary, middle, and high school populations
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication abilities with students, families, and staff
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with measurable goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation to comply with all state and district requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to maximize student outcomes
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed throughout the school year
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary process
