Qualifications:
- Valid Washington Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- ESA (Educational Staff Associate) required
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based OT
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 34 students across multiple sites
- Compassion, flexibility, and dedication to student well-being
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop intervention strategies
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
