Position Overview: We are thrilled to be seeking a driven and detail-oriented Printing Coordinator to oversee our printing and mailing needs. This role is crucial for ensuring that our marketing materials and internal communications are produced efficiently, effectively, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of print production, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to schedule and plan for upcoming promotional print needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of print materials, mailing campaigns, and to meet production demands.
- Keep track of inventory for all necessary supplies and materials, ensuring availability for all projects without excess.
- Monitor the efficiency of the printing process and make adjustments as needed to improve productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Fulfill orders for items we stock in-house such as apparel and promo merchandise.
- Assemble new-hire/new-agent welcome boxes, and real estate marketing kits.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of paper stocks, printing specifications, and file formats.
- Understanding of bulk mail procedures and knowledge of Direct mail versus EDDM requirements.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with the Shopify platform is preferred. Willing to train the ideal candidate.
