Job DescriptionMechanical Engineer III
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer III to join our Systems Integration Team in the Oklahoma City area. This onsite role is ideal for an engineer with 5+ years of experience who is ready to advance their career.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for designing, integrating, and testing combustion-based systems (industrial burners, process heaters, fuel trains, steam boilers, and control systems). Proficiency in CAD, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD is essential for creating accurate designs and technical documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program preferred
- Licensing: Ability to acquire PE License in OK, TX, CO, and NM
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in machine or systems engineering
- Skills: Experienced in CAD, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, GD&T, Machine Design; PLC programming (Allen Bradley/Honeywell) preferred
Responsibilities:
- Design and document combustion systems, including 3D models and P&IDs
- Integrate mechanical and electrical subsystems
- Lead testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting at customer sites
- Ensure compliance with industry standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mento junior engineers
