Seeking a maintenance/ carpenter for mobile homes rehabs. We are a large rental property that has 20 plus homes needing some love. We need more crew members to help keep the ball rolling. This job requires your own vehicle and needed tools.
Experience with flooring, plumbing, painting, sheet rock, roofing light electrical etc. 40 hrs.
MUST pass back ground and be drug free.
