Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- Prior experience as a Behavior Specialist or in a related role within schools strongly preferred
- Familiarity with behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Compassionate approach with a commitment to supporting diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct behavior intervention and support for students in a school setting
- Assist in developing and implementing individual behavior improvement plans
- Collect and record data to monitor progress toward behavioral goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Train and support teachers and staff regarding effective behavioral strategies
- Participate in team meetings and provide insight on student progress
- Foster a supportive and inclusive school environment
