Job Details:

• Position in ED Holding/CICU specifically caring for inpatient/CICU level holds in Emergency Department
\n• 2 years of experience required with strong PCU background within the last year
\n• ED experience preferred but not required
\n• First-time travelers accepted with EPIC experience and 2 years experience
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, EKG test on arrival
\n• Must be comfortable managing and titrating cardiac drips including Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Integrillin, Labetalol, Dopamine, and Dobutamine
\n• Care for patients with diagnoses including chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, pneumonia, and post-catheterization with stent procedures
\n• Handle medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and orthopedic overflow patients
\n• Perform cardioversions and care for ICD/pacer insertion patients
\n• Work with specialized equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, Alaris pumps, and Phillips monitoring systems
\n• Patient ratio experience of 4:1 required
\n• EPIC charting system experience preferred
\n• Valid New Hampshire state license required
\n• Drug screen must be obtained within 14 days of start date
