The RN House Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing patient care operations during evening shifts at our facility. This part-time position focuses on ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with policies across various departments. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating patient placements, and serving as the leadership representative when senior supervisors are unavailable. Applicants must possess a valid RN license in Missouri, have prior hospital experience, and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to foster a safe and supportive healthcare environment.

The House Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the daily functions of multiple patient care departments within the hospital. This position guarantees efficient operations, adherence to established policies, and the delivery of high-quality support services that enhance patient care. Responsibilities also include staff supervision, activity coordination, issue resolution, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

Part-Time | 16 hours/week | Tuesday & Wednesday | 3 PM–11 PM

Be the primary leader during evening shifts—supporting nursing units, managing patient placements, and ensuring seamless operations across departments. Collaborate with emergency, inpatient, and outpatient teams to maintain efficient and safe patient flow. As the Administrative Supervisor, you will oversee staffing, admissions, and represent leadership when others are off-site. Qualifications We Seek:

  • RN License in Missouri
  • 3–5 years of hospital experience
  • Preferred leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Clinical Lead, Supervisor)
  • BLS & ACLS certification required prior to orientation
