Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, addressing inquiries about their insurance policies with care and precision.
Assist clients in understanding their coverage, making policy changes, and processing renewals.
Provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive and supportive experience for every client.
Collaborate with agents to support client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate and detailed client records in our system.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client's insurance coverage based on their needs.
Requirements
Current Minnesota State Insurance License (Property & Casualty/Life & Health) or a Willingness to obtain Licenses
Demonstrated customer service experience, ideally in an insurance or financial services setting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for explaining complex information clearly.
Proficiency in using computer systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A genuine desire to help people and build positive relationships.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
