30hop Ankeny, IA is looking for Servers to join our team!

30hop is a full-service American restaurant and bar with locations throughout Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Since opening our first location in Iowa, we've continued to expand across the Midwest with a commitment to exceptional hospitality, great food, and creating opportunities for our team members to grow professionally.
Fully trained Servers earn $4.35 per hour plus tips, with tip-outs paid nightly.
Schedule: Full-time with shifts ranging from 4–8 hours depending on availability. Weekend availability is required, including Sundays as needed.

What You'll Do
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Guide guests through menu selections and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
- Accurately enter orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams
- Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure an enjoyable dining experience
- Address concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas
- Reset tables and assist with side work, stocking, and opening or closing duties
- Process guest payments accurately
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous serving or hospitality experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus
- Must obtain Iowa alcohol server certification (I-PACT) within 30 days of hire.
