PURPOSE: Acts as the initial and most frequent contact for potential and active field staff for LINK Staffing Services. Supports candidates throughout their hiring documentation process and serves as a liaison between candidates and Recruiters. Support day-to-day office activities and tasks.
UNIQUE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:
- Sources and pre-screens candidates
- Posts and updates open jobs on various recruiting platforms. Responds to candidates the same day.
- Schedules and prepares candidates for interviews
- Accurately processes payroll for all field staff with minimal mistakes
- Greet and assist all visitors and callers. Returns voicemails and emails in a timely manner
- Input, accurate documentation of field staff and client activities, calls, and messages
- Proactively solves problems with clients, field staff, and team members.
- Follow office workflow procedures according to the Operations Manual
- Maintain files and records according to the Operations Manual
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings, etc.)
- Assisting with client and candidate relationship management
- Participates in weekly branch meetings to brainstorm on best practices
- Participates in training programs as required
- Opens and closes the field office as scheduled
- Participates in the rotation of on-call schedule and responds to all calls according to standards
- Provides information to support the department promptly
- Help maintain a clean office environment

REQUIRED:
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Two to three years of consistent employment with customer service and in an office environment
Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, ability to multitask, basic computer skills, good communication skills in English or Spanish, good listener, detail-oriented, team player, bilingual if required in designated market, ability to work flexible hours.
DESIRED:
Education: Associate's Degree
Experience: One year of supervisory experience
Skills: Familiar with Accounting or Collections
