Project Manager| Mitigation & Construction

Location: Dallas Fort Worth, TX

Pay: $75,000-110,000

Position Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you'll guide mitigation and construction projects from start to finish with passion and precision. You'll partner closely with clients, our dedicated internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver outstanding results on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Embracing tools like Proven Jobs for seamless tracking and communication, and Encircle for detailed documentation, you'll ensure safety, compliance, and client delight in every project. Key Responsibilities:

Project Initiation and Planning

  • Review handoffs from Sales via Google Forms and set up exciting new projects in Proven Jobs.
  • Partner with management or ownership to secure essential asbestos reports before projects begin.
  • Gather work authorizations, proposals, contracts, and permits with care and efficiency.
  • Craft thoughtful project plans, timelines, and budgets in Proven Jobs to set the stage for success.
  • Welcome new clients with a personal touchsend a friendly email (using our Proven Jobs template) introducing yourself and sharing key project details via Notes.

Execution and Coordination

  • Use Encircle to thoughtfully monitor, analyze, and report on hydro-related data, keeping insights front and center.
  • Team up with Superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep everyone aligned and motivated toward shared goals.
  • Schedule engaging walkthroughs with subs or CDS teams to inspect progress and celebrate work that matches our scope.
  • Handle change orders and client requests with empathy and expertise, adapting as needs evolve.
  • Oversee sub-trade work orders from start to finish, fostering smooth collaboration.
  • Capture and share updates on completed areas through Proven Jobs Notes and team emails, keeping the momentum going.
  • Lead final sign-off walkthroughs with property management and secure signed Certificates of Completion in Encircle (we'll provide hands-on training if needed).
  • Create inspiring Final Photo Reports that showcase our quality craftsmanship.
  • Juggle multiple projects with grace, ensuring timely and triumphant completions.

Performance Monitoring and Compliance

  • Keep a close eye on project metrics and progress, making proactive adjustments to keep things on track and teams empowered.
  • Champion compliance with industry standards, local regulations, company policies, and safety protocolsbecause we care about doing it right.
  • Track profit margins and ensure clients are thrilled with their payments, wrapping up each project on a high note.

Client Relationship Management

  • Harness Proven Jobs to nurture lasting client relationships and keep documentation effortless and organized.
  • Share daily updates with clients and our CDS team via Proven Jobs Notes (unless management suggests otherwise), building trust every step.
  • Provide detailed Encircle Photo Reports at the project's kickoff and close, helping clients visualize the transformation.
  • Lead post-project evaluations, send satisfaction surveys (via our Proven Jobs template), and act on feedback to exceed expectations.
  • Express gratitude with thank-you emails at milestones or completion (cc: ownership/management for their special follow-up).
  • Maintain a professional, approachable presence and adhere to our dress code.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hands-on experience in project management, especially in mitigation, construction, or restoration.
  • Comfort with Proven Jobs, Encircle, and Google Workspace; we're all about supportive learning for new tools.
  • Stellar organizational skills to balance multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines with ease.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills to foster strong partnerships with clients and teams.
  • Familiarity with permits, regulations, asbestos safety, and standards.
  • A knack for data analysis, navigating changes, and boosting profitability.
  • Bachelor's in project management, construction, or a related field is a plus; PMP certification warmly welcomed.
