Job Description: We are looking for a Task Manager Master to lead and manage a team of similar size and complexity. This role requires a proactive leader who can assist with hiring, modernization efforts, and strategic goal alignment.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Lead and manage a team to meet organizational goals.</li>
<li>Assist with hiring and interviewing candidates with appropriate skills.</li>
<li>Ensure skillset upkeep for supporting legacy products and modernization efforts.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5-10 years of experience as an active Task Manager leading/managing a team.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.</li>
</ul>
Preferred Skills:
<ul>
<li>Experience with modernization efforts and strategic goal planning.</li>
</ul>
Salary Range: $75K to $85K/nego. based on experience
