Responsibilities:
• Provide consistent front desk and lobby coverage, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming environment.
• Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage access points, including monitoring security cameras and controlling truck entry and exit.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and adjacent areas.
• Support a high-standard office environment, particularly near executive offices.
• Restock beverages and supplies in the office kitchen as needed.
• Coordinate contract front desk coverage to ensure continuous presence when stepping away.• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a reliable presentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to front office etiquette.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems and handling inbound calls.
• Knowledge of receptionist duties and best practices.
