Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school setting in Virginia Beach, VA. This role focuses on pediatric populations, working with students across early childhood through high school grade levels, including pre-school, kindergarten, elementary (K-5), middle school (grades 6-8), and high school (grades 9-12).

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and communication disorders in children.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
Document student progress and maintain accurate records.
Provide services consistent with state and federal guidelines.

Desired Qualifications:

Certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings.
Knowledge of early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school speech and language development.
Ability to work with diverse student groups, including pre-K and kindergarten ages.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
