Join a premier vehicle relocation company as a Trucking Coordinator, where you will manage customer orders and vendor relationships to ensure efficient business operations.


Compensation: $18.00/Hour

Location: Gainesville, VA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00AM- 6:00PM

  • In-office to start
  • Hybrid 2-day in-office/3-day remote schedule available if converted to permanent employment


Responsibilities:

  • Execute customer vehicle relocation orders and manage supporting business operations.
  • Negotiate vendor fees based on current market values and maintain strong relationships with diverse service providers.
  • Manage customer orders and ensure clear, accurate communication with all internal and external resources.
  • Maintain accurate, time-sensitive data and notes within the CRM for every order and communication.
  • Coordinate with storage partners and vendors to manage vehicle inventory and track order status.
  • Process vendor invoices and bills of lading for accounting while ensuring compliance with DOT and safety regulations.
  • Support the team through administrative tasks, reporting, and process improvement identification.


Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of transportation experience in an office environment utilizing computers for administrative tasks.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, time-management, and data processing skills.
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal and credit background check.
  • Adherence to a professional business casual dress code.
  • Must own a computer meeting specific technical requirements (Windows 10+, 16GB RAM, Web Cam) for future remote work.
