Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Physical Therapist is needed for a NSY contract position at a K-12 school located in Coeur d'Alene, ID. This opportunity spans from September 2nd through June 5th and primarily requires in-person work due to a substantial caseload.
Responsibilities include delivering direct physical therapy services to a diverse student population, managing and coordinating individualized treatment plans for approximately 45 students, with about 38 receiving direct services. The role demands collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff to support the physical development and therapy goals of students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Ideal candidates will possess:
- A valid Physical Therapist license
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and provide individualized care
