First Team Staffing is currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for a growing facility in Portland, TN. This is a great opportunity to join a stable team with competitive pay and consistent full-time hours.
Available Shifts:
<ul>
<li>1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $19/hour</li>
<li>2nd Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:30 PM | $21/hour</li>
</ul>
Job Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform general labor tasks including material handling and production support</li>
<li>Operate basic tools and equipment safely</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and organized work environment</li>
<li>Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines</li>
<li>Assist team members and supervisors as needed</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required</li>
<li>Strong work ethic and reliability</li>
<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Previous manufacturing or labor experience is a plus, but not required</li>
