The Nurse Practitioner (NP) will work primarily in an integrated medical clinic, focusing on providing comprehensive patient care through assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. This individual contributor role involves managing a moderate patient caseload with an emphasis on patient education and health promotion to enhance outcomes and ensure thorough follow-up care. The NP collaborates with healthcare team members to deliver holistic and effective treatment without supervisory duties or involvement in research or education initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments to evaluate health status.
- Diagnose conditions and develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention.
- Document patient care accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
- Provide follow-up care to monitor patient progress.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of nurse practitioner practice experience.
