A K-12 educational organization in the Denver area is seeking three full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for an on-site contract position from January 7, 2026, through May 21, 2026. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with active Colorado SLP licensure and a Colorado Department of Education certification ready to work Monday through Friday for approximately 37.5 hours per week. The assignment will involve serving multiple schools within the district, with specific campuses assigned based on current needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech and language therapy services to students with a caseload ranging from 25 to 45 cases.
- Collaborating with educational staff to support student communication goals.
- Participating in four professional development days during the second semester, which are compensated and require attendance.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with district policies.
- Filling one backfill position, supporting continuity of services in the school setting.
Desired qualifications and experience:
- Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
- Valid Colorado Department of Education certification for school-based SLP services.
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school setting.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills tailored to diverse student needs.
- Ability to work full-time on-site without remote or hybrid options.
