Are you tired of being micromanaged in a cubicle? Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors is hiring a Trailblazer for our Austin team. This 1099 role is designed for the person who wants the freedom of a flexible schedule and the high-income potential of a business owner, without the overhead.

THE ROLE

You will operate as a consultant in the field. You'll spend your time in Austin neighborhoods finding leads, inspecting roofs for damage, and closing deals. We provide the production support, but you manage your own time and your own strategy.

DETAILED DUTIES

• Lead Generation: Canvassing and networking to build your own business.
• Field Work: Climbing onto roofs to document damage and meet with owners.
• Sales Cycle: Managing the process from the first knock to the final signature.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid license.
• Ability to work a flexible, field-based schedule.
• The grit to work outdoors and climb ladders.
• A "no excuses" attitude toward hitting goals.

COMPENSATION

• $120k–$300k+ annual potential.
• Uncapped commissions—your pay reflects your effort.
