Moorings Park is looking for a Project Manager. The Renovation and Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing residential apartment renovations and a variety of corporate and campus-based construction initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, building codes, and inspection protocols. The Project Manager will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects aligned with organizational goals, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include direct coordination with residents, collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and documentation of project progress. This position will report to the Director of Renovation and Construction.
Contributions:
- Collaborate with clients to define project goals, design requirements, and functional needs for the renovated unit.
- Partner with architects, engineers, and design professionals to develop comprehensive project plans, construction cost budget, and timeline.
- Advise and assist the selection team and clients on material selection and design options that align with project scope and budget.
- Coordinate campus projects in collaboration with the Renovation and Construction Director and VP of Strategic Development.
- Develop and present accurate project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates.
- Oversee installation of materials and design elements, ensuring adherence to specifications.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Stay current with industry trends, materials, and best practices in senior living construction.
- Lead and manage contractors and vendors with professionalism and clear direction.
- Utilize project management software to track progress, manage selections, and document milestones.
- Demonstrate initiative and commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and internal safety protocols, including the Moorings Park Contractor Safety Manual.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required
- During emergencies or natural disasters may be required to be on duty for the duration of the disaster.
- Must possess a minimum of 3 years project management experience.
- Position is onsite and in-person requirement. Must be able to drive to and from multiple campuses located in Naples and surrounding areas for site meetings.
