Key Responsibilities Include:
- Efficiently and safely use tools like power tools, basic hand tools, and electrical testing gear.
- Engage in preventative maintenance spanning from day-to-day to semi-annual tasks.
- Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics with precision.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues independently.
- Ensure both your work area and machinery are kept in pristine condition.
- Adhere to safety rules and actively contribute to their enhancement.
- Detect, record, and address any equipment malfunctions.
- Respond swiftly and follow procedures during power failures.
- Adapt your maintenance skills across various areas and shifts as needed.
- Become certified in our LOTO program.
- Communicate issues and actions effectively in daily pass-downs.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Familiarity with maintenance practices for repairing both mechanical and electrical components.
- Deep understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Expertise with PLCs and conveyor systems.
Skills to Shine With:

- Handling hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with HVAC and refrigerant systems.
- Competency in AC and DC control wiring.
Role Demands:
This position resides mainly on the manufacturing production floor. Expect exposure to sounds and environments typical of a production setting, including noise, dust, and machinery operation, alongside varying temperatures. Occasionally, you will be required to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
Requirements:
• Completion or ongoing pursuit of a 2-year technical degree, or 4 years of plant maintenance experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum age requirement of 18.
• Proficiency in English, bilingual abilities are a bonus.
• Effective communication with supervisors and other staff members.
