Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school located in Nellis AFB, NV. This contract position runs through the current school year (CSY) until May 22, 2026. Assignments and caseloads will vary based on the districts needs, including different schools and age groups within the Las Vegas area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students across K-12 grade levels.
- Implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district guidelines.
- Participate in district-led interviews and follow credentialing and fingerprinting processes as required.
Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Active Nevada Department of Education (DOE) Certification.
- Active Nevada SLP License.
- Preference for candidates holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC); Speech-Language Pathology Clinicians in Fellowship (SLP-CF) will be considered.
- Availability to work full-time on-site; part-time and virtual work are not accepted.
- Immediate availability preferred.

- The district conducts all interviews directly and is known for a streamlined process.
- Assignments may vary in location and student age groups within the Las Vegas metro area.
- Fingerprinting coordination will be managed by the district as necessary.
