Location: 7920 Sam Furr Road, Huntersville, NC, USA, 28078.Must be within 20miles from this location
\n Schedule : 2-3 Weekdays every other weekend,Monday-Friday 830a-730p, Sat 9a-530p, Sun 9-430p
\n Key points
\n • Active LVN/LPN License for NC state without disciplinaries required.
\n • Active BLS certification (Expiration date must be no less than 30 days past the start date)
\n • Experience with phlebotomy ,EPIC, Point of Care testing
\n • Previous experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room
\n • Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications
\n Duties : In this role you’ll be an important member of the clinical team. You will:
\n • Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications.
\n • Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses.
\n • Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities in blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, and temperature.
\n • Perform routine assessments to monitor patient health and ensure overall well-being.
\n • Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources for medication administration, self-care techniques, and disease management.
\n • Conduct medication reviews to identify potential side effects and drug interactions.
\n • Develop and administer mental health assessments to screen for depression and evaluate mood, behavior, and cognitive function.
\n • Accurately document patient medical history—including illnesses, medications, allergies, surgeries, and family history—using electronic health records.
\n • Use your excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families and other healthcare professionals
\n • Keep an organized, well stocked, clean clinic at all times.
\n Education : The LPN/LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical or Vocational ...Nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or District of Columbia.
