We have an immediate opening for an experienced Accounting/Payroll Coordinator looking for their next career move!
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team within the manufacturing industry! We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Accounting/Payroll Coordinator to support the financial function of our clients business.
This is a permanent opening that will include the following responsibilities:
Ensure Payroll is processed on time
Journal Entries and Reconciliation
Preform Accounting and Payroll related tasks
Administrating Benefits and Deductions
All additional accounting tasks needed to assist in the companys continued success
This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a great organization in Green Bay! The standard hours are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. The starting salary ranges between 55K 65K annually based on experience.

-Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred.
-At least 2+ years of experience of working experience in a related position.
-Manufacturing industry experience preferred, not required.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
-Previous payroll experience required, multi-state payroll preferred.
