Machine Operator - 1st Shift - 6am-6:15pm

Job DescriptionPay: $19.00–$19.20/hour
Schedule: 3-2-2 rotation (12-hour shifts)

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM
  Work 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on — rotating schedule.

Staffing Inc. is hiring experienced Machine Operators for a manufacturing partner focused on safety, quality, and growth. This role operates production machinery while following all safety and quality standards. The PFC A structure allows employees to build skills and increase compensation.Responsibilities:

• Safely operate production machinery
• Follow standard work instructions
• Use tools and PPE properly
• Ensure correct packaging and labeling of parts
• Inspect products to meet quality standards
• Enter scrap data into system
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 2+ years manufacturing experience
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic math skills
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to work overtime
