General Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success within their scope of responsibility. This role is part of a collaborative team focused on developing recruitment strategies, identifying sourcing channels, and advising hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired, supporting onsite engagement for our Customer Experience Center, and assisting the HR team with special projects as needed.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure company compliance with established hiring procedures, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and Affirmative Action policies
- Support recruiting efforts across departments, including Field Operations and the Contact Center
- Manage a high volume of requisitions (15–20 at any given time)
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, qualifications, and responsibilities
- Manage the job requisition and posting process, including creating, updating, and removing postings across various platforms
- Source candidates using a variety of recruitment tools and strategies
- Proactively reach out to potential candidates for current openings
- Oversee onsite engagement and coordination activities for the Customer Experience Center
- Act as a partner to managers and supervisors in communicating HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that align with company goals
- Support the creation and facilitation of hiring and recruitment training for management
- Liaise with organizations focused on areas such as diversity, accessibility, gender equity, and workplace safety
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on special HR projects and initiatives
- Perform administrative duties and maintain accurate records as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience using a variety of job boards and creative sourcing strategies
- Proven success recruiting across multiple functions, including Field Operations and Contact Centers
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP Recruitment Management preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong collaboration, self-motivation, and time management skills
- Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks
