Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What You’ll Bring:
- Valid SLPA licensure or certification (as required by state guidelines)
- Previous experience in a K-12 or school-based environment highly desirable
- Strong skills in speech and language assessment, intervention, and documentation
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Dedication to fostering student growth and inclusive learning environments
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students ranging from PreK through 12th grade
- Assist with screenings, comprehensive assessments, and interpretation of speech-language testing results
- Contribute thoughtfully and effectively during IEP meetings, supporting holistic student planning
- Maintain timely and accurate records, including progress notes and service logs
- Work onsite in close cooperation with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and other education professionals
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse learning needs within a dynamic, school-based setting
