Job Title: Logistics Customer Service Representative
Location: Commerce, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistics Customer Service Representative to join our team in Commerce, CA. This role is responsible for supporting daily logistics operations by coordinating shipments, communicating with customers, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding shipments, orders, and delivery status
  • Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with warehouse, carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, discrepancies, or issues
  • Provide updates to customers regarding order status and logistics inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in the system
  • Assist in scheduling pickups and deliveries with carriers
  • Support billing and documentation as needed
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution

Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is a plus
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with carriers (LTL, FTL, or parcel shipping)
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation and tracking systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
