Superintendent – Multifamily, Healthcare High-Rise Construction Miami-Dade Broward County, FL

We are currently partnering with several well-established General Contractors throughout South Florida who are actively seeking experienced Construction Superintendents to join their growing teams. These opportunities are with reputable builders managing a strong pipeline of ground-up and large-scale commercial projects throughout Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. We are specifically seeking Superintendents with experience in multifamily, healthcare, high-rise, mixed-use, and other large commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all field operations from project start through completion

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project teams

Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved

Enforce site safety standards and company policies

Conduct daily site meetings and subcontractor coordination meetings

Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications

Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants

Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities

Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Qualifications

5+ years of Superintendent experience working for a Commercial General Contractor

Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects

Experience in one or more of the following sectors:
Multifamily
Healthcare
High-Rise
Mixed-Use
Hospitality

Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics

Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams effectively

Experience utilizing construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
OSHA Certification preferred

Preferred Project Experience
Mid-rise and high-rise residential developments
Hospitals, healthcare facilities, and medical office buildings
Large-scale multifamily communities
Mixed-use and commercial developments
Projects valued at $20M+ and above
