Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education
  
  

• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management
  
  

• Foster a positive and nurturing environment rooted in Christian values
  
  

• Supervise students during activities and transitions
  
  

• Encourage and model Christ-like behavior to students
  
  

Qualifications:

• A heart for Christian education and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ
  
  

• Experience working with children (preferred but not required)
  
  

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
  
  

• Ability to support the teacher’s instruction and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere
  
  

• Must meet Holy Cross requirements for employment (background check, etc.)
