Digital Marketing Manager- SEM (Search Engine Marketing)



Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Digital Marketing Manager with strong experience in digital marketing and advertising, particularly within paid search engine advertising with the explicit desired outcome of lead generation. This individual will support both strategic and tactical marketing efforts, including paid media campaigns on Google and in the future Bing, and the down-funnel marketing platforms that allow leads to be worked by the Call Center and driven into the CRM.
 



SEM campaign creation and optimization (90%)

:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Bing. 
Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance, providing optimization recommendations.
Manage retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align ad messaging with broader marketing goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%):

Work closely with teams across Intake, Legal, Operations, and Management to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment.
Support project management and timelines across various campaigns and departments.

 


Skills/ Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in a lead generation focused high-value B2C SEM media buying marketing role, preferably in the services or agency space.
Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns.

Strong writing and communication skills, especially for social and email copy.

Solid understanding of search algorithms and engagement tactics.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Comfortable analyzing data and making informed, performance-driven decisions.


Nice to Have:

Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing integrations (e.g., Zapier, Law Ruler, Salesforce).
Background or interest in the legal industry.
