Company: Sunflower Communities
Location: Greater Twin Cities Metro Area, Waconia, Elmore, and surrounding referral markets
Compensation: $90,000 to $130,000 base + commission per move-in (OTE $105K to $160K+)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

A True Hunter Role in Senior Living Sales
This is a full-cycle, outside sales role built for someone who can generate referrals, manage a pipeline, and close move-ins consistently. You will call on hospitals, SNFs, TCUs, case managers, social workers, and community partners to drive leads, then guide families through tours and decisions at our Waconia and Elmore communities.

Unlike many senior living roles focused on inbound leads, this position requires proactive outreach, relationship building, and conversion discipline. You are not just selling a unit, you are helping families find care, often in situations where options are limited.

What You Will Own
• Build referral relationships with hospitals, nursing facilities, TCUs, county workers, and social services.
• Generate qualified leads for assisted living and memory care placements.
• Convert referrals into tours, and tours into move-ins.
• Guide families through decision-making, care needs, and next steps.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline with fast follow-up and strong organization.
• Represent Sunflower Communities at networking events and referral meetings.
• Track lead sources, tour activity, conversion rates, and move-in outcomes.

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Background in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, DME, senior living, home care, hospice, or healthcare sales preferred.
• Proven ability to generate net-new business and close consistently.
• Strong comfort asking for the tour, the commitment, and the move-in decision.
• Experience managing a pipeline with multiple families at different stages.
• Understanding of sales metrics, conversion rates, and follow-up discipline.
• Willingness to travel across Waconia, Elmore, and surrounding referral markets.
