Healthcare Recruiter Responsibilities:
- As a healthcare recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting specific roles at all facilities in your region.
- You will review new and old candidates on a daily basis.
- You will reject or attempt to contact candidates based on qualifications and work history.
- You will support the recruiting processes and initiatives of the director of the department.
- You will visit facilities in your region on a regular basis.
- You may be asked to partake in other recruiting activities as needed (i.e. job fairs, recruiting programs).
Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience recruiting, preferably in long-term care.
- A positive and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to build relationships and identify strong candidates for healthcare roles.
