About the Role
Astar Heat & Air LLC is looking for an experienced Night Call Center Dispatcher to support our after-hours operations. This role is ideal for a seasoned home-services dispatcher who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the urgency and customer care required during evening and overnight calls.
This is a remote position, with one in-office day per month for team building, one-on-ones, and training.
Schedule
- 4 shifts per week
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Overnight / after-hours coverage
Pay & Benefits
- $25/hour
- Consistent schedule

Key Responsibilities
- Answer after-hours customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Dispatch HVAC, plumbing, and electrical technicians
- Book service calls accurately and according to company procedures
- Perform call debriefs and detailed job notes
- Navigate and manage jobs within ServiceTitan
- Provide excellent customer service during urgent and emergency situations
- Communicate clearly with technicians and management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of home-services experience (HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical)
- Call center and/or dispatching experience
- At least 1 year of ServiceTitan experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm during high-volume or emergency calls
- Reliable internet and home office setup
Preferred Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with after-hours or emergency dispatching
- Ability to work independently overnight
- Team-oriented mindset
