Position Overview: The Operation Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient service production and achieving company goals. This role focuses on crew training, job sequencing, scheduling management, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain constant communication with the Operations Manager and Account Managers about job statuses and requirements.
- Oversee crew production and ensure teams are properly equipped.
- Coordinate manpower and assist with small installations alongside mowing and pruning crews.
- Manage quality and progress of jobs, ensuring effective use of materials and equipment.
- Track equipment maintenance and ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Respond to Account Manager inquiries and keep them informed about job statuses.
Requirements:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred).
- Must pass a drug screen.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to establish relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage crew dynamics, including praise and reprimanding.
- Punctual and committed to following safety procedures and company policies.
