In business for over 30 years, we are a reputable civil engineering firm in the Baltimore metro area with a dedicated team. We work on projects within both the private and public sectors with an accomplished track record working with federal agencies, local and state municipalities as well as large commercial projects.

Who you are:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or similar
EIT or PE preferred but not required
Proficiency with MicroStation required
What you will be doing:
Design roadway geometry, alignments, profiles, and cross-sections using AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or OpenRoads
Develop traffic control plans, signage and striping layouts, and ADA-compliant pedestrian facilities
Perform horizontal and vertical alignment design for highways, arterials, and local roads
Conduct transportation studies including traffic analysis, safety assessments, and capacity evaluations
Prepare construction documents, cost estimates, and specifications for transportation projects
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local transportation design standards (e.g., AASHTO, MUTCD, DOT guidelines)
Coordinate with transportation planners, public agencies, and contractors throughout project development
