Bella Medspa LLC in Tempe is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented assistant for front desk and back office support.

This is a small, in-person, nonclinical support role. It is not an RN, PA, NP, injector, aesthetician, or medical provider role. No medical or aesthetic license is required.

The role may include patient check-in and checkout, scheduling, room reset, basic tray setup, missed-call texting, Cherry applicant follow-up, payment double-checks, restocking, and social media scheduling during downtime.

The right person is calm, punctual, honest, organized, good with text messages, and comfortable following written steps. This role includes cleaning, repetitive tasks, patient privacy, and careful attention to details.

Spanish/English bilingual is strongly preferred, not required.

Service blocks are usually 4 hours and are offered as needed. Per Diem Contractors may accept or decline offered blocks. No minimum hours are guaranteed.

Training service blocks are paid at a flat rate of $78 per completed 4-hour training block, equal to $19.50 per hour for comparison purposes only. Training is limited to the first 30 days and is expected to include about 3 to 4 training blocks, depending on business need and contractor availability.

After training, the service-block fee may increase to $94 per completed 4-hour block, equal to $23.50 per hour for comparison purposes only, based on reliability, speed, patient communication, accuracy, and ability to complete approved nonclinical tasks independently.

This is not a good fit for someone who wants clinical training, wants to inject, dislikes admin work, struggles with accountability, or needs repeated reminders.

Reliable transportation to Tempe is required.
