We are seeking detailoriented Data Entry / Document Processing Specialists for a longterm opportunity in Parma, OH.
Data Entry / Document Processing Specialist Job Details:Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.80 per hourOnsite in Parma, OHData Entry / Document Processing Specialist Job Description:This role focuses on highspeed data entry, document verification, and digital quality control. Responsibilities include:

  • Keying 15,000 keystrokes/hour into data entry software
  • Validating document classifications, extracted data, and redactions
  • Manually entering metadata into the system
  • Reviewing checks for accurate payee, dates, signatures, and amounts
  • Reconciling check batches and generating return letters if needed
  • Comparing hardcopy documents to digital versions for accuracy
  • Meeting productivity and accuracy standards
  • Performing repetitive tasks following set procedures

Data Entry / Document Processing Specialist Job Requirements:

  • Typing test required
  • Prior data entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work quickly in a productionbased environment
  • Ability to read/write in English
